Katie is a writer, host, wellness and creativity cheerleader who resides in New York City. In 2013 she started the then wellness-focused podcast Let It Out, which has now molded into a modern long-form interview show covering everything from wellness & spirituality to entrepreneurship & relationships and has an over 200 episode achieve! Her first book published with Hay House in 2016, Let It Out: A Journey Through Journaling is a collection of personal essays and journaling prompts.

In this episode, we talk about how she started journaling, podcasting as the new networking, how to deal with the inner critique, listen to the inner voice, the process of writing, editing, work/free time balance, her podcast course, and so much more!

Today I have the great pleasure to have Maryann Ridini Spencer on the show! She is an award winning screenwriter, producer, author, journalist, TV host, and president of Ridini Entertainment Corporation, a content creation, public relations, marketing and TV/Film production company.

Last year, the novel «Lady in the Window» came out, and became the winner of the 2017 Best Book Award (American Book Fest) in the Fiction/romance category.
